Tified the positive effects from the mindfulness-based education plan for university students. Specifically, following participating within the six-week mindfulness-based MNITMT manufacturer intervention, students demonstrated substantial increases in both alpha and theta brain waves but decreases within the beta wave. Also, the amount of mindfulness improved soon after participating inside the program.
