Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Biotinylated Human PD-1/PDCD1 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 18.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human PD-1 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on streptavidin (5 ug/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human PD-L1 protein with the C-hFc Tag with the EC50 of 23.5ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 2.356 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
